Mary “Mandie” Davis founded Worthy of Love in 2013 with a simple mission: to ensure every child experiencing homelessness feels seen, celebrated, and worthy of love. What began as a single birthday party has grown into an organization that has impacted more than 50,000 children and families across Los Angeles County and Houston, Texas.
A passionate advocate for families, Mandie leads with the belief that joy is not a luxury but a necessity. Under her leadership, Worthy of Love has created thousands of meaningful moments through birthday celebrations, community partnerships, and programs that restore dignity and hope.
To further strengthen her impact, Mandie earned her MBA in Nonprofit Management from AJU, combining heart driven leadership with sustainable nonprofit strategy. She continues to champion a future where every child knows they are worthy of love.
